Inna Miroshnychenko is a partner in the litigation and bankruptcy/restructuring practice at the Pronin & Partners Law Firm. She has 18 years of experience in resolving legal disputes in corporate, commercial, economic, family, and private law matters. She is involved in pre-trial settlement of disputes of any complexity.

She has deep expertise in handling bankruptcy and debt restructuring cases. She has represented the interests of both state enterprises and banks and international companies. She represents clients in courts of all jurisdictions and instances, as well as in arbitrations.

Inna is an expert in international private law and handles agreements in the fields of land, construction, real estate, and infrastructure. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, business establishment and management in Ukraine, structuring activities, choosing the optimal model of corporate governance, and resolving corporate conflicts.

Before joining the team at Pronin & Partners Law Firm, Inna worked for several years at leading law firms in Ukraine.
